1. Analyze your exam
- Find your exam result on PeopleCert.org >>, and find your exam on the list
- Click “View/Print” to download “SoR.pdf” (your statement of results)
- If you scored BELOW 85% in any area, please prioritize your studying on this area.
2. Focus your studying with test questions
Read slides AND notes within the area(s) that have the lowest score(s).
Use the test questions >> to test your knowledge within each area. We recommend being able to answer ALL questions correctly within each ares.

3. Test your knowledge using the sample papers
You will find the official sample papers in the same location >>
You will find your password in your welcome mail that you received before the course.
Sample papers are meant to be almost like the real exam. We recommend that you achieve at least 85% correct in both sample papers before taking the exam.
If you have lost your password, please contact us on info@peopleteam.dk – and we will help you.
4. Tips for the actual exam
At the actual exam, these tips may help you:
- Don’t rush. Read and understand both question and answers. There is ample time for the exam.
- First answer the easy questions, then the difficult ones.
- Be aware of negations (NOT) in questions.
- Be aware of very absolute words (NEVER, ALWAYS, MUST etc.). ITIL is a set of recommendations – not laws to abide.
- Remember, ITIL is very “outside-in” thinking. Answers focusing on consumer (customer/user/sponsor), value for stakeholders etc. are more likely to be correct than answers focusing on infrastructure and technical solutions.
Enjoy your studying 😊
