2. Register for the exam
The exam takes place online, on a self-selected date and time after the course has ended. The instructor will introduce you to the exam as part of the course. You can read more about exam registration here >>
You will find your voucher code, which you need to use to book your exam, in your welcome email from Peopleteam.
Note: No later than the first day of the course, you must enter your voucher code after creating a profile on PeopleCert.org. (See how to create a profile here >>)
The exam is online and web-proctored. Duration: 30 minutes (38 minutes if your native language is not English).
The test consists of 20 questions, and you must answer 13 of them correctly to pass (65%).
No aids are allowed, except for the use of a physical dictionary.
It is a prerequisite that you have passed the ITIL 4 Foundation exam in order to participate in the exam for this course.
Upon passing, you will be awarded the certificate “ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Change Enablement”.

3. Bring your PC/laptop (optional)
You can bring your laptop for the course material and notes, but this is not a requirement.
Tip!
During the course
Please try to be “unavailable/out of office” during the course. You are in for two intense days, and most students need to read and rehearse between the course days.
After the exam
When you have completed the online exam, you will immediately see your provisional result (pass/fail).
Within a maximum of 10 days, you will receive an email with your final result and your certificate (provided that you have passed).
