• Before the course starts, you will receive a welcome email with a password to access the materials.

2. Register for the exam

The exam is taken online at a date and time of your own choosing after the course has ended. The instructor will introduce you to the exam as part of the course. You can read more about exam registration here >>

You will find your voucher code, which you need to book your exam, in your welcome email from Peopleteam.
Note: No later than the first day of the course, you must enter your voucher code after creating a profile at PeopleCert.org. (See how to create a profile here >>)

The exam is online and proctored via webcam. Duration: 30 minutes (38 minutes if your native language is not English).

The test consists of 20 questions, and you need to answer at least 13 correctly to pass (65%).
No aids are allowed, except for a physical dictionary.
You must have passed the ITIL 4 Foundation exam in order to be eligible to take the exam for this course.
Upon passing, you will receive the certificate: “ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Problem Management.”

3. Bring your laptop

You are welcome to bring your laptop for accessing course materials and taking notes, but it is not a requirement.

Tips and additional information

During the course

Make yourself as “unavailable” as possible during the course. The days are very intensive, and most participants will need to study and review in the evenings.

After the exam

Once you have completed the online exam, your preliminary result (pass/fail) will be shown immediately. Within a maximum of 10 days, you will receive an email with your final result and your certificate (provided that you passed).
