The guarantee means that you are entitled to a free seat on an open course of the same type if you do not pass the exam.
In other words, you only need to pay for the re-examination. The exam guarantee is unlimited, as long as you remain in the same role as when you took the exam.
For each individual course, it is clearly stated whether it is covered by the exam guarantee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
For some participants, virtual courses may still involve a degree of uncertainty – perhaps because it is their first time attending a virtual course, or due to less positive experiences with virtual training in the past.

The guarantee means that you are entitled to a free seat on a classroom course of the same type if you are not 100% satisfied with your virtual course experience.
The satisfaction guarantee does not affect the exam guarantee.
