Peopleteams’ exam provider offers “Take2” when you register for an ITIL-exam.
Take2 is like an insurance. You can purchase it before the exam at a fraction of the normal exam price. If you have purchased Take2 and fail your exam, then you are offered a re-sit after having your exam result presented. There will be no additional costs to your re-sit.
If you pass your initial exam the first time then your money is basically lost. There is no refund option to use Take2 on another exam.
