Course content
At this course, we repeat the syllabus and work with lots of exam training. The course contains large amounts of exam questions and specific test exams.
Programme
- Repetition of service management key koncepts, values, results, cost and risks
- Repetition of ITIL 4 key koncepts, eg. the 4 dimensions in ITSM, SVS, Service value chain and the 7 guiding principles
- Repetition of the purpose and selected key terms in 15 practices
- Repetition of details within service desk, incident management, problem management, service level management, service request management, change enablement and continual Improvement.
Target audience and prerequisites
The course is for anyone who wants to renew their ITIL 4 Foundation certificate no later than 3 years after the original certification.
You can take this course at Peopleteam regardless of where you have been certified previously.
Course information
Language
The course is held in English with English course material and an English exam.
Course material
We use e-material that is designed for the ITIL 4 Foundation course. The material is available for PC, tablet and mobile phone, also offline.
Remember to bring your own PC in order to use the e-material. (Not relevant for online course)
You also get access to Peopleteam’s special preparation material as well as to our online app with sample exam questions for exam practice. In addition, you get access to an online version of the official ITIL® book. You get access to this when you receive a welcome email.
Exam
The exam is online, and takes place as a web proctored exam (read more here >>) . Exam duration: 60 minutes (plus an additional 15 minutes if English is not your main language).
The exam is a closed book exam consisting of 40 multiple choice questions. Pass mark is 65% (26 correct out of 40 questions).
After passing the exam, you will receive a certificate that you are recertified in the ITIL 4® Foundation.

Prerequisites
The only prerequisite for participation in this course is that you are ITIL® 4 Foundation certified within the last 3 years.
